That means, like other liquid stevias that are first extracted from the stevia plant, processed into a powder and then formulated into liquid, this one is extracted using a proprietary TruExtract process, a gentle method of extraction which delivers a sweetner that is rich in Rebaudioside-A and low in Rebaudioside-C, which eliminates the bitterness.

The higher the levels of Rebaudioside-A and the lower the levels of Rebaudioside-C, the better tasting the stevia.

Directions:

• The extracts are naturally concentrated so the recommended  serving size is 2 drops (0.1 ml), compared to other liquid stevia extracts with a serving size of 5-8 drops.
• Add VERY SPARINGLY (1-2 drops) to coffee, tea or any other hot or cold beverage or food.
• Use as a substitute for sugar, honey or other sweeteners.
• Shake well before using. No refrigeration required.

1 teaspoon sugar = 2-4 drops stevia
1 tablespoons sugar = 6-9 drops
1 cup sugar = 1 teaspoon”
